This shipping policy applies to all orders within the United Kingdom. Our aim is to provide you with a clear overview of our shipping process and terms. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Times & Processing

  • Order cut-off time: 17:00 (GMT)

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday)

  • Delivery time: Shipping typically takes 7–10 business days (Monday to Saturday)

  • Shipping costs: Free shipping within the UK

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. During peak periods (such as holidays or special promotions), processing times may be longer.

2. Order Cancellation

  • A full refund is available if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation or changes are no longer possible.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly during checkout to receive tracking updates.

  • You do not need to create a customer account, but doing so can make tracking easier.

Important: It may take 1–4 business days for tracking information to appear in the courier’s system. 

4. Changing Your Address or Phone Number

  • If you need to change the delivery address or phone number, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.

  • Once the order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.

  • If an incorrect address was provided and the order has already been dispatched, you will need to request a return and place a new order.

5. Tracking or Delivery Issues

  • If your tracking number is not working or hasn’t updated, please allow 1–4 business days before contacting the delivery service.

  • In rare cases, tracking may not update, even though the package is delivered on time.
